Tile Cleaning

Tile floors are beautiful but they trap hidden dangers. The tile becomes slippery when cleaned improperly. Soap, skin cells, oil from the skin, and other contaminants lay on the surface of the tile and get very slippery when wet. Grout is porous and absorbs spills that harbor bacteria and other staining particles. With a deep cleaning your floors can not only be healthier but they can help reduce the feeling of stagnant air.

Total Floor Care uses a 3 step process when treating dirty tile and hard surfaces.

The first step is a non-toxic, pet and Eco-friendly topical solution that is applied to the entire surface area. This attaches to the dirt and contaminants on the tile and deep in the grout and lifts it to the surface.

The second step is the application of a high pressure of water, up to 1200 psi, inside the self containing dome. This step is very important for it will release the dirty solution from the surface as well as in the grout crevices.

The third step is the vacuuming of the solution and water to extract the dirt and contaminants from the flooring allowing the waste water to be safely disposed of into the waste water sewer system. This leaves a surface that is completely clean. The floor will not be slippery when dry.
